stellar experience at the hotel

prime location rooftop bar friendly staff complimentary sauna

the hotel is in a prime location with easy access to many attractions. the rooftop bar had great views of the city (a real highlight). i found the staff to be friendly and the spa and sauna were complimentary, a definite plus. the lounge had a young, refreshing vibe.

i noticed some wear and tear on the elevators.

remote gym dirty elevator

The gym requires exiting the hotel , a significant inconvenience. furthermore, the rooms and hallways do not reflect the price. They appear somewhat cheap. there are many blemishes, and the elevator , for example , was very dirty.

i stayed in a superior bank king guest room. the location was central and convenient for transport. the gym featured technogym equipment, i found it well-equipped.

the elevator was quite dirty. i noticed hallway carpet was stained. the mini bar items were not replenished .

the hotel is centrally located. many attractions are within walking distance. the hotel has a rooftop bar. it offers great views of the city and the royal palace (it's magnificent). the gym has modern technogym equipment. the concierge secured a reservation at mr porter on the same day.

the air conditioning did not work well. the temperature in the room never went below 23 degrees. despite reporting the issue, no effective solution was offered.

balanced stay

amazing location refreshing vibe complimentary cake confusing layout dark room dust layer

the location was amazing. i could easily reach many attractions (especially the canal area). the lounge also had a refreshing vibe. they upgraded our room and provided complimentary cake and drinks at the hotel bar.

i found the building layout confusing. the studio room i stayed in felt dark with a weird layout. i noticed years of dust under the furniture (which was a bit off-putting). my room was not cleaned on my second night. this was disappointing considering the price.
